So often we eat things that reflect the way we feel. For example, if we feel junky, we eat junk, if we feel heavy, we eat things that are heavy and if we feel healthy, we eat things that are healthy. Think about what it is you’re eating just before you begin to eat it. Go through your regular routine of choosing your food but just before you eat it stop and think about what that item is, and think about the way you feel physically and emotionally about yourself.

Did you ever wonder about what your value might be? Do you have a low self-value? If you think of yourself as unimportant, not smart enough, not attractive, too heavy or even too light, not very exciting or any other similar thought; it’s time to find your true value. It’s time to come out of hiding and be a true friend with yourself and share that friend with the world. You have more value than you think you have. With a little bit of help and encouragement you can be accepting of yourself and realize your possibilities. You can soar like you’ve wanted to. What does that look like to you?

Get Excited to Eat!

My life doesn’t revolve around counting calories and worrying about every little thing I put on my plate; yours doesn’t have to be either! There’s way too much life to live and it’s time we live it fully. When I learned of the thousands of food choices that were healthy, I also learned that the majority of those choices can be consumed in unlimited quantities. Of course I can’t eat non-stop because inevitably I get full and I become re-energized to experience life. I’m truly excited to welcome each new day as it brings endless opportunities if I just let it happen with an open mind and open arms. Climb aboard and Initiate Wellness in your life too!
